Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of eForms, including websites, applications, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, inviting users, or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

If you are accepting these terms for a company or institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

eForms provides no-code and AI-assisted tools to create digital forms, configure approval workflows, publish versioned templates, distribute forms to authorized audiences, and track submissions, notifications, analytics, and audit history.

Features may vary by plan (such as Free, Professional, or Enterprise) and by deployment model (multi-tenant SaaS, single-tenant, or on-premise).

Each customer operates within a tenant organization. Tenant administrators are responsible for user invitations, roles, permissions, department and hierarchy setup, form audience rules, and ongoing access control.

You must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, and promptly revoke access when users leave your organization or no longer need the platform.

You retain ownership of forms, templates, workflows, submissions, remarks, and other content you or your users upload or create in eForms (“Customer Content”).

You grant eForms a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the service. Published forms are versioned templates; historical submissions remain linked to the version used at submission time.

You are responsible for ensuring Customer Content and your use of eForms comply with applicable laws, employment or education policies, confidentiality obligations, and third-party rights.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform integrity, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or use eForms to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

You may not circumvent role, audience, or approval controls, or use the platform in a way that violates export, privacy, or sector-specific regulations applicable to your organization.

Optional AI features may suggest form structures, hierarchy setups, OCR digitization results, approval recommendations, or related guidance. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by authorized admins before reliance or publication.

You remain responsible for final form design, workflow rules, and decisions made in your tenant.

Paid plans, seats, invoices, and payment methods are described in the product or order documentation. Fees are due according to the selected plan and billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of paid features. Taxes may apply based on your location and organization type.

We aim to keep eForms available and secure, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update features, interfaces, and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Except where prohibited by law, eForms is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eForms and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in your order form or, if none, to fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using eForms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. Retention or export of Customer Content may be available for a limited period depending on plan and deployment terms.
