Everything your team needs to know before registering an organization workspace — from form creation and approvals to enterprise deployment.

eForms is an enterprise no-code platform for digitizing forms, approvals, surveys, and business workflows. Organizations create tenant workspaces, publish versioned form templates, route submissions through configurable approval flows, and maintain audit trails — with optional AI-assisted form generation and OCR import.

Tenant admins can start from an AI prompt, build manually in the visual form designer, or import existing PDFs and documents with OCR. Every generated form can be edited — fields, validations, layouts, branding, conditional logic, and reusable templates — before publishing.

You can publish forms with no approval or configure sequential, parallel, manager, HOD, department, designation, or approval-group routing. Approvers can approve, reject, send back, and add remarks. The platform also supports backup approvers, escalation, bypass rules, and resubmission flows.

Only published forms are available to end users. Each publish creates a versioned template. New submissions use the latest published version, while existing submissions stay linked to the version that was active when they were submitted.

Core roles include Super Admin (platform), Tenant Admin, Department Admin, Observer, and End User. Users only see forms, submissions, reports, and admin areas they are authorized to access. Department and designation context can drive workflow routing and distribution.

Yes. eForms supports multi-tenant SaaS, single-tenant cloud, and on-premise deployment models. Enterprise plans include options for SSO, advanced hierarchy routing, and deployment models tailored to regulated or air-gapped environments.

The platform is designed for integration with HRMS, ERP, CRM, student information systems, identity providers such as Active Directory, email systems, external APIs, and webhooks. Notification events cover submission, approval, rejection, escalation, completion, and reminders.

Organizations can start on the Free plan, upgrade to Professional with per-seat monthly billing, or contact sales for a custom Enterprise agreement. Paid upgrades can be completed in the tenant Plan & billing area after registration.
